This is the book I found in a local store. I am finding it to be very helpful. Maybe you or someone you know could benefit from reading it in paperback or on a kindle. The book discusses topics such as anger, depression, fear, grief recovery, rejection and self worth. Each section reviews definitions, characteristics, causes and steps to the solution.
